Motivation & Goals

Unlocking the Future of Precision Agriculture with Photonics and AI. In our network, we envision harnessing the full potential of photonics combined with artificial intelligence to revolutionize precision agriculture from breeding to production to post-harvest applications. For both open field and greenhouse applications. Our focus is on two key areas: Monitoring and Interaction with Photonics.

Monitoring

We aim to provide comprehensive insights into environmental and soil parameters, plant physiology, and harvested products. By delivering detailed data, we support informed agronomic decisions that enhance productivity and sustainability.

Interaction

We are developing innovative solutions for pest control and in vivo applications using laser technology. Our goal is to pioneer methods that improve crop health and yield while reducing reliance on traditional chemicals.

Our Goals

We are committed to developing cutting-edge solutions using integrated photonic systems and novel photonic technologies. Our applications include: Phytomedicine, Phenotyping, decision support for agricultural management systems, laser insect control, laser weed control, in vivo vegetative reproduction. Our expertise ranges from hardware development, automation, AI development to field applications.
